Anna Payne has been a Middletown Township resident for 23 years. She graduated from the Neshaminy School District and currently resides in Middletown with her husband Kyle and her two dogs, Roman and Geoffery.

Anna was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when she was born and has been fighting to bring awareness about this disease ever since. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Rare Diseases Advisory Board, established by Gov. Wolf in 2017, and works to provide those suffering from rare diseases with access to necessary medical care.

Not only will Anna work hard to keep Middletown a great place to raise a family by limiting over-development and preserving open space, she will do so while protecting taxpayer dollars. As Chair of the Board of Auditors, Anna has had been overseeing the townships finances, and assuring that they were transparent and free of errors. With her extensive experience in long-term financial planning, Anna has the necessary skills to ensure our local tax dollars are spent wisely and our residents benefit from high-quality services.

Anna knows that she would not have been able to accomplish as much as she has without the help of her community. Middletown residents and the Neshaminy School District have supported Anna’s efforts every step of the way, helping Anna become the dedicated public servant she is today. As a Middletown Supervisor, Anna will continue to fight for our community and work to ensure Middletown has a bright future.

Dawn has lived in Bucks County for most of her life, even graduating from Neshaminy High School. When Dawn and her husband, Danny, were looking for the right place to raise their family, they moved to Middletown. Almost two decades later and they are still proud to call Middletown home.

Over these past 20 years, Dawn has served our community as an elementary school teacher, a PTO Vice President, a baseball Team Mom, a Book Fair Chairperson, and currently works as a Legislative Assistant serving parts of Middletown and Bristol Township. As Supervisor, Dawn will use her experience as a community leader to stand up for the community she loves and help make Middletown the best it can be. From ensuring a quality education for our children and protecting our green spaces, to bringing good jobs to the area and helping families make Middletown their home – just like hers did.

Hannah is a proven problem solver who has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations thrive — and she is excited to do the same for Middletown as Township Auditor.

She has led international consulting teams at Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Wells Fargo. Her professional and educational background have helped her to develop strong management skills and a deep understanding of complex reporting. In her role at Johnson & Johnson, Hannah has helped teams focus on exceeding customer expectations by going directly to customers with iterative product design ideas, bypassing expensive and lengthy processes that wasted time and money. Throughout her career she has worked to find creative solutions to tough and diverse challenges, all while increasing efficiency and improving customer satisfaction — something she will continue to do as Auditor.

Hannah came to Pennsylvania from North Carolina in 2009 to earn her MBA from Villanova University. After living in Philadelphia for a few years, a weekend trip to Bucks County was all it took for her to fall in love with the community, pack up, and move. She currently resides in Langhorne with her husband, Jeremy, their children, and their goldendoodle. A yoga teacher, township board member, and involved mother, Hannah is active in the Middletown community and is proud to raise her family here. She is running for Auditor to ensure all families can achieve the bright future they deserve right here in Middletown.
